Engineering the Future of impact-driven Experiences.

The Mission

“Where Ideas Meet Impact.”

TMS was born from a singular question: How do we bridge the gap between radical ideas and sustainable societal transformation? As the Founder, I designed TMS to be more than a conference; it is a high-level intersection for purpose-driven professionals, impact-oriented startups, and visionary leaders. We don’t just talk about change, we deconstruct the ideas that spark it, the technologies that power it, and the people who champion it.

Role

The Ecosystem Design

I lead the end-to-end execution of the TMS ecosystem, balancing high-fidelity creative with rigorous project management:

  • Creative Direction & Identity: I designed the visual language of TMS to feel “Industrial yet Human.” It’s an aesthetic that commands respect in boardrooms while remaining accessible to grassroots innovators.

  • Program & Content Curation: I oversee the selection of speakers and themes, ensuring the discourse remains at the cutting edge of sustainability, technology, and social impact.

  • Stakeholder & Partnership Management: I drive engagement with impact-oriented organizations and startups, aligning brand values with corporate social responsibility (CSR) and ESG goals.

  • Digital Hub & UX: I architected themilkandshake.com as a resource-heavy platform designed to convert passive interest into active conference participation and long-term community membership.

The Impact Strategy

“Designing for the Triple Bottom Line: People, Purpose, and Progress.” People with purpose, produce projects that progress the planet.

TMS involves the management of a complex, multi-stakeholder program. It showcases my capacity to:

  1. Translate Complex Concepts: Turning dense topics like “Sustainable Transformation” into compelling, marketable event narratives.

  2. Lead with Purpose: Building a brand that prioritizes social impact without sacrificing aesthetic or operational excellence.

  3. Drive Innovation: Facilitating the collision of technology and leadership to solve real-world problems.
