The Ecosystem Design
I lead the end-to-end execution of the TMS ecosystem, balancing high-fidelity creative with rigorous project management:
Creative Direction & Identity: I designed the visual language of TMS to feel “Industrial yet Human.” It’s an aesthetic that commands respect in boardrooms while remaining accessible to grassroots innovators.
Program & Content Curation: I oversee the selection of speakers and themes, ensuring the discourse remains at the cutting edge of sustainability, technology, and social impact.
Stakeholder & Partnership Management: I drive engagement with impact-oriented organizations and startups, aligning brand values with corporate social responsibility (CSR) and ESG goals.
Digital Hub & UX: I architected themilkandshake.com as a resource-heavy platform designed to convert passive interest into active conference participation and long-term community membership.
